About Aptigo

Aptigo helps companies reduce the risk of attacks, downtime and data loss

We build practical cybersecurity for SMEs: clear communication, responsible implementation, discretion and focus on business continuity.

Key risk

Why Aptigo exists

Aptigo was created to focus communication and responsibility on one area: cybersecurity for companies that cannot afford long downtime, data loss or accidental decisions about safeguards. We help organize risks, implement practical protections and maintain IT environments in a condition that supports business continuity.

Scope and approach

What to know before the next step

How we understand cybersecurity in SMEs

Aptigo treats cybersecurity as practical reduction of business risk: downtime, data loss, account takeover, backup failure and uncontrolled access. We do not start with a product list, but with what could stop the company.

Our approach

We start with a conversation and risk recognition, then set priorities: firewall, backup, remote access, user accounts, Microsoft 365, servers, monitoring and responsibility for incident response. This helps the company understand what should be improved immediately, what can be planned in stages and which safeguards should be controlled continuously.

Who we work for

We help small and medium-sized companies that use Microsoft 365, on-premise servers, remote work, backup, firewalls and industry systems, but do not have their own security team. We also support companies with internal IT when they need an additional security perspective.

What we do not do

We do not position ourselves as a general IT provider for everything. We focus on audits, backup, firewalls, VPN, Microsoft 365, monitoring, secure administration and managed IT Security.

What the name Aptigo means

The name Aptigo is intended to suggest readiness, operational efficiency and practical protection for a company. For us, it means cybersecurity understood not as a marketing slogan, but as order in safeguards, tests, procedures and day-to-day responsibility for IT infrastructure.

Cooperation model

Cooperation can start with a consultation, an audit, a one-time implementation or ongoing care. The key is to set priorities: what to improve immediately, what to plan in stages and which areas should be monitored regularly.

Discretion

We do not build credibility through public client logos. In cybersecurity, information about infrastructure, risks and suppliers can be sensitive, so we show the process, scope of responsibility and typical scenarios instead of identifiable case studies.

How we work step by step

Cybersecurity starts with understanding which parts of the company are critical: data, email, backup, servers, network, employee access and daily business systems. We start with risk, not with selling tools.

  • business context
  • technical and organisational risk review
  • action priorities
  • implementation or remediation
  • ongoing supervision

How we build trust without logos

We do not publish client names, company logos or public client lists. In cybersecurity, discretion is not a lack of transparency, but part of responsible work. We build trust through process, scope, checklists, FAQs and practical risk scenarios.

What we do not publish

For privacy and security reasons, we do not publish client names, identifiable deployments, infrastructure details, public case studies or formal and address data as marketing proof.

Anonymous scenarios

We can describe typical problems without revealing organisations: backup exists but restore was never tested; VPN works but lacks MFA and access review; a firewall is installed but configuration has not been audited for years.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Aptigo a general IT company?

Why do you not publish client names and logos?

Because information about who is protected and how can be sensitive. We treat client privacy as part of responsible security work.
